The art of tea leaf reading (tasseography) is a centuries old tradition of divination once commonly practiced among Irish & Highland Scots women; when everyone had a Granny or Aunt who read the tea around the table. In Victorian England, 'cups' was a popular tea-time parlor game where Ladies exchanged teacups to reveal the mystical messages inside. Over time, tea leaf reading faded into a "granny" practice and has become somewhat of a forgotten intuitive art. 

It is my intention to revive this feminine, fun and incredibly accurate form of divination, in honor & remembrance of these women.
