Ingredients: raspberry leaf, chaste berry, nettle leaf, linden flower, lemon verbena, lemon peel, cinnamon, rose petals, and stevia

Instructions 8 ounces of boiling water over the 1Tsp. tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
